Prestige Pressure Cooker — safety valve(sv3)

I am having your pressure cooker for the last 9 months and is fed up with the new sv3 type safety valve. What a disgusting thing is that!!! I bought new cooker of another brand with old safety valve since we got the information from the dealer as this safety valve cannot be replaced with old type. Each time I need to watch and adjust the safety valve correctly to stop the steam leakage. If I forgets to watch, it will not cook atleast 1 glass of rice even after 2 hrs. It is a total wastage of money and gas for me. My parents are using you cooker with old type safety valve for the last 20 years without any complaints. Please never put forward this type of disgusting innovations which will only result in the distroyal of faith in your products.

It has been bought from saravana stores, chennai . Rarely used but not working from the first. replaced all parts still not working . please do the needful soon . The response also poor . it is a pressure pan . very poor testing . it is aluminium cooker. the bill was lost.
There is leakage of gas resulting unable to cook food. We are facing problems. We paid full amount of cooker when baught but getting poor quality services. This all disappointed us. Please resolve the matter aforesaid otherwise we have to knock court.
