I have been using prestige 4 burner gas stove with glass top since few years.
On april 13th, 2019, the glass top shattered completely when my mom switched on the stove.
I raised a complaint with prestige with complaint number - mumb680607 on april 13th at 9:52 am. The worst thing was that they sent a person to take the size of the glass and offered me 25% discount on the glass. I never raised this complaint to get a glass replacement but to make prestige aware about their dangerous product. After escalating this issue, i got another call from mr. Aman rastogi (Prestige customer service head - mumbai) and he offered me a free glass replacement after making me wait for 2 days.
Once again, this complaint submission is to make everyone aware that prestige gas stove products are absolutely risky and no one should trust them. Also, their excuses are non-logical.
I didn't prefer getting the glass replaced as i do care about my family and their lives. I have finally thrown away the product.
If you want to put your family member's life at a risk, use prestige.
