Prestige — prestige edge gas table peb 04 gas stove | |||
Purchased the subjected model gas stove (New model 4 burner) from one of the dealer in kollam district, kerala on 12august2018. But unfortunately the gas knobs was complaint and was not working properly. One of the knob detached from the gas stove. Registered the complaint in the shop and the prestige technician came here after 5 days and he cleared the three knob and he put one old type knob instead of the same. And he said this new knob is not available with them and will come after some weeks. Attached here the picture for more clarification. I dont know a reputed company like prestige doing these kind of low level maintenance. Mean time seeing the advertisements in television also. I want to replace the knob with the same one this week itself and i’m not going to call any trchnician for this. Otherwise will go for higher complaints.
