Prestige — prestige gtm 03l glass top broken after within 2 months of purchase | |||
We have purchased prestige gtm 03 l glass top stove on 15-july-2018. Within 2 months of purchase the glass top of the stove has broken. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product from prestige. I registered a complaint with the customer care in 2nd week of september when the glass top broke. They registered the complaint after multiple follow ups and now everytime i call them, they say that the new glass top is not available. I want to ask the prestige management, is it possible that the new glass top is not available in a big city like noida for around 20 days (I. E. 04-oct-2018). Are you guys playing a joke with me. I would surely approach the consumer court and file a case of cheating and harressment against you as my patience is running out. To all the people, i have done a mistake by buying a prestige product, but you need to be beware of this company who delivers low quality product and pathetic customer care.
