On 09th September 2013 i had purchased prestige stove subjected to the above from your Dealer M/s. HOME PLUS, SUHARSHA TOWER, SHORANUR ROAD, THRISSUR, . While in use we noticed that excessive Carbon and smoke is emiting out of the burners of the stove, immediately, on 11th november 2013 we had reported it to the dealer concerned over telephone. However, they advised me to contact your service dealer in Thrissur and given their contact number, too. When we contacted your service point in Thrissur the asked us to register a complaint on a toll free number given by them. on the very same day we had registered complaint vide complaint registration no. KAN66677 dt. 11.11.2013, but, still we are waiting for your technician after 12 days of time. we are afraid, if for people like us who are living in the heart of a city has to suffer this much, what will be the fate of the people who purchase your products and belongs to the rural areas.
