Pls note that i have purchased Prestige TTK - Induction Cooktop PIC 2.0 V2 on 25th Nov 2012 where after using it for long time now it is giving error message E5 & top glass is also got cracked, for which i have made complain on 21st Oct my complain idis HRI36694. today it is 26th Oct nobobdy has called & neikther i have got ant service for the product which islying idle. My product warranty is almost about to expire this month no response & service uttermost disgusting & intolerable.
The reader of this mail will be requested to pls look ointo this & solve my problem within warranty period as your Service team is asking for Service Charge, WHY should I pay when it is under warranty??????.
