HI Team,
First of all, the company outlet Shivangi Enterprises, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, is not at all a prestige outlet, it is like a store filled with people without knowledge of cusotmer service.
I bought Endura 1000 on 2nd of Oct and on 11th Nov - GHAZEC[protected] was raised due to broken part, then again on 2nd dec, I called the store informing about the mixer rotary plastic thing on the motor got broken again.
They asked me to send the bill, stating they will call back, today when I called, they said that they didnt have a word with me, however I shared the bill, images of the broken piece and details of the complaint over whatsapp.
When I tried calling, my call was not answered and then called from another number, it was picked, and asked to raised a complaint and talked rudely.
I am really disappointed with the behaviour and also with the product. I would buy someother random chinese product instead.
This is not what is expected from a brand like Prestige.
Also I have seen that there are too many complaints now for Prestige.
