DEAR SIR, MY Self Babu bhai Chawda we brought some home & electronics items from Vijay sale (Borivali - Mumbai) which includes AC / Food Processors & Prestige gas stove . We dont have any issue in any purchased items except Prestige gas stove as per Vijay sales Representative person shoould come very next day after delivery but 25 day has passed still no person has come for gas installation. However whenever we called to Vijay sales (Customer care ) they always give assurance that person will come today or tomorrow but still no one has come kindly look into this matter and resolve on urgent basis.
