I'm very much disappointed customer who had a great reputation on your brand all this because of your poor sales and very worst service team and going forward we are not interested to recommend your brand to anyone and will only share our bad experiece with you On april 2019 from prestige showroom at d mart (Five roads salem tamilnadu). From the first day itself the product (Induction) is not working. It suddenly stops working after 2~3 min. Automaticaly & the display shows the error e -6. So called your customer care complaint number is - tiru686025 service centre number :[protected] one person visited our home and he looked at this issue and i sent it for service to my retailer. About a month has been passed but till now no service has been provided. Product is under warrenty. I lodge a complain at its salem office on the month of april first week. My complain no. Is tiru686025. Then we again called service centre at sk engineers, no.-5 vinayakar koil street, salem -16and their response is also not good at all it looks like their job is only to sell and our rating to that showroom is no zero and its negative.
