[Resolved]  Prestige — Warranty problem with induction cooktop

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased an by TheTorntv V10" style="border: none !important; display: inline-block !important; text-indent: 0px !important; float: none !important; font-weight: bold !important; height: auto !important; margin: 0px !important; min-height: 0px !important; min-width: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important; text-transform: uppercase !important; text-decoration: underline !important; vertical-align: baseline !important; width: auto !important; background: transparent !important;">Induction COOK - TOP from Bhavani Steel Center from Panaji Goa and was very much impressed by its performance. I recommended the same to my friend and brought one on 18th Feb 2014. But to my amazement, it broke down exactly after 8 days o[censored]sage and I took it to the nearst service center on 3rd of March 2014. It was repaired and returned to me on 19th March 2014. I requested them for a new replacement as I doubt that it has some manufacturing defect but they denied my request. I took it home and again it broke down on 25th May 2014. I handed it over to the service center on 2nd June 2014 and till date it is not returned to me. The service center is at a distance of 15 Kms from my residence and they even dont bother to answer my phone calls. I have visited atleast four times the service center and everytime they tell me that they have not received an IC from the Prestige H.O. which I think is not correct. Now for more than two months the Induction Cook top is with them, requesting you to kindly help me in getting a new induction cook top as a replacement or pay me for the harassment I have faced for these two months.
