Preventive Healthcare India — Refund not received yet after several follow-ups

I purchased a scheme/product from “preventive health care india” (507, 5th floor, vishal tower, janak puri district center, nd-58) online on 16-july-2106 of amount 10000 rs. I received the product on 23-july-2016 and found that some of the items were missing and same day i spoke to company’s customer care – [protected] about missing items. After waiting for some days i did not get any updates from the company so i decided to return the product to the company. I went to the company office on to 30-july-2016 and returned to product with my icici banks account’s cancelled check. I got the receiving for the same after the product was verified by the company’s staff (Manpreet kaur). She told me that i will get the refund after a week. But after several follow-ups with the company in email ([protected]@outlook.com and [protected]@phci.org.in) and over phone for two months i haven’t received my refund yet. Finally the company gave me a date of refund which was 24-sep-2106 on email and still i haven't received the refund.
