Hi i took phci policy in the month of july 17 for 10, 000/- inr.in 2017.
The vouchers issued to me were of expired date, i immediately cancelled the policy on the second day from issuing. Phci emailed me stating that please return the vouchers and the policy amount will be refunded, i couriered the policy coupons along with cards, but haven't received the refund's yet.
The only assurance i use to get is that "sorry for the inconvenience caused we will get back to you shortly".

I am harshad kerkar (Mob. No. [protected]). I have paid 15000.00 to preventive health care india delhi on 19.04.2017 for healthcare scheme. The real price was 10000.00 but they charged 5000.00 extra for hospitalization reimbursement & sent some extra coupons.
But they are not providing services till date as they committed while enroll.
1. They are not reimbursed medical charges. I have sent some bills for reimbursement but they are not responding properly always saying under process or not response.
2. They are not sent healthcare equipment like blood sugar test machine, blood pressure test machine. They only sent massager in broken condition.
3. If i asked any queries to phci executive, they says, we will check & call back. But after that no body call.
4. Contact nos. [protected] / [protected] / [protected] not reachable or out of service.
5. Gift vouchers are not useful in dmart & big bazar as phci executive told. Now they are forced to choose from phci portal & pay delivery charges.
It is a fraud company given me all fake commitments.
Company claimed cancellation in 15 days but repeated mail sent but no response given. Phone is also not working.

Payment done on 19th april 2017. Till date no reimbursement received or no refund came.
Please help me on the issue, i have also written them on their email id's mentioned on web site but no revert...

I am yogesh godbole from thane city. I purchase policy on 31'st may 2017 put they send me kit after calls from me to them after 3 to 4 months and not cash back to my account 50% as per told in plan. After that i send them mail about claim no any settle claim and till date they not deliver me free blood sugar and b/p machines & massagers. They also charge for that free machines, please call me on [protected]. I want to more persons who cheated from this company so we will go ahead for strong case.& fine & punish them

I have also same situation, i have paid 10, 000rs, other than vouchers i am not received the committed products, and these voucher also use less,

I have asked the customer care people to cancel my policy and asked return my amount, but no response from the people

Form the last one week customer care number also not working

Please suggest how can i get my money back...

I am fed-up now please give me my money back. Do not harass me please it’s a humble request.
You telephone operators always says it will be done this week, wait till friday, when i call on friday they say wait till monday it will be done for sure. And when i request to talk to any senior authority they behave rudely and says “senior nahi hai” "meeting me hai" and bang on the phone.

I paid rs. 10000 to this company and also send some bills for reimbursement but they are not responding properly always saying under process or not response.

They are running some scan.. Pls take some strict action against them and pls don't pay any money to them.. They are running some scan.. Fraud company..

Pls don't trust them they sales their product as they are leaders in that. And then not even attend it call.

They are just fraud after 7 days of paying them no call, no kit, and after reading complaints and reviews requested for my cancellation but not to my surprise they are just fraud
They don't pick phones and give threat they won't return the money and even after sending mail and recived confirmation of receipt of mail they are forcing to send kit.
I want to file consumer case and police fraud case against them and want 100% refund of my money

After speaking to them they want valid reason for cancellation wow i did not see the modus operandi of special offer and paid them in hurry ishould have evaluated before payment but changed whole organisation language changed in one day

A health care policy was sold by company phci, that they will refund every medical reimbursement bills, lab testing and the dental treatment is also included.
Policy was of 6000/-annual 23 april 2016 was the date of issuing the policy.
But when i submitted the bill and medical test report they refused and told that, i have to use coupons which has been sent with papers.

When saw the coupons worth (500/250/300) they were limited for consultation charges and 8 no. Coupons for medical claim.
I called them asked, you were telling on phone that you will entertain every bill they just refused, so i have put the mail for refunding my money and cancel the policy. They refused telling that locking period is over.
So i have no choice accept continue the policy.
Now have submitted number bills from past 6-7 month rs 980/- + 1250 they have not paid till date.
Now they are calling to renew the policy and when i ask for the money they only give assurance.

I have cheated by the phci company i need my refused with interest.
Kindly help in getting my hard earn money.

I have been informed or misleaded over the phone by phci calling team that I will be getting the following captioned benefit if I enroll for thier membership plan Worth's rupees 10000 for 2 years.
1) tread mill worth 25000 and
2) big Bazaar voucher worth RS 10000 as renewal benefit in addition to the plan of PHCI available on thier website.
3) membership reimbursement plan
However the moment I have made the payment of 10000 they are denying the above additional benefit, when I have asked them to cancelled the plan no body is responding, I have the call recording with me
Request you to please help me in recovering my money from them as they have cheated me and bluffed about the product

I had registered complaint already on 15.3.17. Apprrox on 25.3.17 i had received from airtel number 46012404 of indian preventive health office number they have taken address detail from me but there is no response from companyafter wards my contact number is [protected] & [protected] No kit received uptill know pl maintain consumer rights and respond me as immediate as possible

It is a fraud company given me all fake commitments.

Offer was given for three years but now they say it for one year and cut the benefits to 1/3. with hidden processing fee for all transaction.

I, have bought a plan on Dt.[protected] of Rs.10000 with Ref. no.935844 from www.phci.org.in web site vide VISA as I got a call from Preventive Healthcare India company executive name Mr. Rahul (Mob.[protected]) and Mr. Sandeep[protected] and they had made a commitment to reimburse all the medical and hospilization charges except of bed charge are 100% covered and they also told me to provide 3nos. health machine like Gluco meter, BP monitor and Body Massager and further they have told me to give 3nos. shopping vouchers which will be applicable at all the departmental store and Patanjali stores too The said plan product kit except of 3nos. health machines received on[protected]. I have made a complaint for such missing items to their mail ID: [protected]@phci.org.in, [protected]@phci.org.in & [protected]@phci.org.in but I haven't hear any thing from them even I tried to contact them at their landline no. given above but the no. present always busy.
I just connect on[protected] and then there was a lady picked up my call and as per the coversation between us, she has refused to make refund and give me another mail ID: [protected]@outlook.com. But overall coversation they never take my matter seriously and never being confirm my refund.The Said Coupons hasn't in use at any departmental stores not even on Patanjali Stores too.
Rather the coupon which were provided in KIT for health checkups and doctors consultation also not being accepted at anywhere. Often they have suggest an eye care center named Vasson Eye Care Center which has also been run away from my City Faridabad.

This being shows totally fraud with the public and the violation of the Cybre rules too.

I am requesting to the Consumer Forum to please look in the matter and please help me in this manner. Please do the needfull as soon as possible.

I got a call from one of the Preventive Healthcare India Company (PHCI) sales representative on 3rd Jan, 2017 regarding preventive health care platinum plan - in which they are claiming that they will reimburse 100% medical expenses like Medicines, Doc. consultation fee, some %age of Eye and Dental check ups charges etc etc. and they will provide few health related equipment i.e. Sugar, B.P and body massager .

The cost of this plan was told to me was Rs10000/- for time duration of Four years span.

When I enquired about the authenticity and the govt. approval, licence No. etc. she transferred the call to some other person and then some Sandeep Rawat (Chutiya ka Pattha) apne aap ko Manager bata raha tha. He was also not able to ans. of my questions.

He tried so hard to divert me from my point but could not.

My dear all frnzz this shows how this company is working in market. They are just fraudster and making money by making people fool and cheathing them by making attractive and false commitments.

Beware of such Ghatiya and Fraud Companies.

I have buy PHCI Platinum Plan on 15.06.2016 online from company website www.phci.org.in with payment of Rs. 10000/- as per conversation with Ms. Nandani Sharma. She describe plan over was good but when I check plan details and terms and condition then I feel they are lying and cheated to me. Suddenly I was request for plan cancellation and refund back my money but they are said don't worry you have received kit as per describe over phone.
after 5 days I was received mail that mention your kit will dispatch shortly then I replied I am not interested your plan and pls don't send kit and also refund my money get back but no one replied on my mail (mail copy attached).
I was received courier and I call them over phone on[protected] for refund they are avoiding. after calling again and again then they are ready to refund back my money after returning kit which I have received. I returned kit and follow up of refund since 5 months but they are not ready to refund back my money. They are saying you refund under process and refund will get next week but when I call them next week they are saying same story again and again.

Please do the needful and take strict action against company.

I have received a call from Nandini (she told as she is Sr manager).
I bought PHCI Platinum Plan - 10, 000 Rs.
She has given me false promises, my hospital bills will be reimbersed with in 2 days.
i have made payment on 22.nov.2016, but till now(09 dec 2016) there is no reply from the PHCI team.
I have submitted all the hospital bills to the PHCI team.([protected]@outlook.com)

when i call customer care[protected], once they will tell your money will be reimbused.
if i call second time - money will not be reimbursed.

i am not sure - why they are behaving like this.

I am really not satisfied with PHCI Service.

Please cancel the policy and refund my money.

Recently, I am receiving calls from PHCI, and they are asking me to buy a plan online, which will cover all the consultation charges and will also provide me other facilities. Upon further investigation, I found that the company fools people by feeding incorrect information to people. I didn't purchase the plan but still would like to raise a complain against this fraud company so that the end users are not con.

Attach is the email received from this company. I asked them to send terms and condition along with complete documentation about the plan and I received the attach email.

This is a fraud company. Kindly take stringent action against them.

I purchased a scheme/product from “preventive health care india” (507, 5th floor, vishal tower, janak puri district center, nd-58) online on 16-july-2106 of amount 10000 rs. I received the product on 23-july-2016 and found that some of the items were missing and same day i spoke to company’s customer care – [protected] about missing items. After waiting for some days i did not get any updates from the company so i decided to return the product to the company. I went to the company office on to 30-july-2016 and returned to product with my icici banks account’s cancelled check. I got the receiving for the same after the product was verified by the company’s staff (Manpreet kaur). She told me that i will get the refund after a week. But after several follow-ups with the company in email ([protected]@outlook.com and [protected]@phci.org.in) and over phone for two months i haven’t received my refund yet. Finally the company gave me a date of refund which was 24-sep-2106 on email and still i haven't received the refund.

But your end commitment me with within 15 days received kit & before you sending mail soft copy. But till date i have not received softcopy & hard copy. When i was call to this phone[protected] that time manprit person was commitment will be done. And then next week not receive same issue so i told to her please cancel this policy 7 refund my 10, 000/- amount finally she told me ok i refund you next week refund will done. This time same also not receive my refund amount. And the every week i call to customer care no. She told me give your account no. & ifsc code the i sending to her mail ([protected]@outlook.com) & she told me i received account details on mail & next two days will be transfer money but still now given me same reason every time & not to talking with any senior team. When i say to her, please transfer your any seniors, she told every time seniors not in office every time same reason. & this mail id ([protected]@phci.Org.In) not working & no one any id’s available.

Hi i am from mumbai I have paid 10, 000. For 4 years policy so far i dint get any confermation or any membership no its all fraud pls be aware from this fraud company they simply cheating.now i don't know what to do ...its a trap they are so perfect to convince we innocent people sir u will get all ur medical treatment free u don't have to pay anything in the hospital or we can reimburse in same day to ur account.and people who is calling...

Got call from PHCI executive they told lot of benifits to provide on purchase of their product with 40 days return but after getting the kit product was not found satisfactory want to return the same but their all number given on site are unreachable and not able to contact them, seems its a fraud company and want my money back which I paid INR 7990 through credit card on 14/09/2015.
