Prime Zone Services — deduction of money from airtel

With regards, i want to tell u that i have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with no reason. Please take some stern and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. This thing was also happened with me in the past. This company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.
