My order number is pl[protected]
One of the worst services which any could experience. I am really afraid if this company is authorized or if its a fake organisation in the market. The customer executives are rude and they do not want to shell out any information to the customers.
I have placed the order on 29th of nov 2017; its been more than 30 days i have not received my product yet when i demand for the refund nor their is a right response about the same.
When we initiate to talk to the executive those bloody # feel they are favoring us by paying back something from their pockets. Its my bloody money and when we try asking about it they are so damn rude.
My expectations:
1. Refund the money for the order placed
2. I want the company to take serious action against the executive who are so bloody rude to the customers Was this information helpful? |
