Printland — no response and notification on my order

I had placed an order for 2 customised diaries on 20th April. The order numbers are PL[protected] and PL[protected]. Payment has been done already. I was supposed to get my delivery by 30th april. But the order status still shows in processing. There has been no update or notification from their side. I have been calling them since 4 days but the customer care number is useless! I want a complete refund of my money and do not want the items now. Its the worst customer service!
