I had placed an order on 19th aug, 2017.

I haven't received any update about my order since 21st aug, when the status was changed to - 'being sourced'. I have been following up with the customer care, who instead of escalating the matter, have probably been taught to just shoo away the customers.
I am fed up of this and would like to receive a complete refund of my order. Request you to please help me in the same.

In their tracking system, it was mentioned as "MOVED TO PRODUCTION"
After few days, it was mentioned as "CANCELLED" . But i did not cancel the order. If it was cancelled by printland, why to accept order and why to cancel.
This is absolute cheating .
