[Resolved] Printland — Refund not issued since 2 months against order # PL[protected] for un-fit mobile back cover | |||||
In the month of october-2016 i ordered a personalized mobile back cover the order # pl[protected]. After receiving the product, i found that it is not fit to my mobile i ordered for. Ent them the screenshots of the defective product and a video too... But all in vein no proper response from the customer service. The worst ever customer service from printland. I requested for the return pickup and my amount refund asap. Even printland too promised for this refund. But nothing is happened till now. Refund not issued since 1 month against the order # pl[protected] followed them up many times via mails and calls (Neha singh is the executive who answers many times but provides no resolution to the issue) Was this information helpful? | |||||
