Printland — Refund not provided | |||||
I had ordered customized mug from printland.In site on 09th jun, as the product when received was completely damaged, i asked for re print, re printed product was also completely damaged. Then company does not have fragile product handling process. However when initiated for refund they accepted for refund and still the refund has not been provided. Its been more than a month and every time i call customer care there response is either they will get back to me on the issue (Which they wont) or they just response saying that status of refund has approved and you will get the refund soon.
