Printland — worst experience and very bad customer support - product forced to cancel after 13 days | |
I have ordered four stamps on 22nd dec 2017 which was scheduled to deliver by 1st jan 2018. Since 30th december i am in touch with the customer case of printland.in since i required my shipment urgently. They told it will dispatch very soon. Even on 2nd jan, 3rd jan, 4th jan in response to my call they told the shipment will deliver that day itself but status never changed in the online portal. On 5th jan i called again and got the same reply. Then i asked to connect manager as they are telling lie every day about the shipment. After few min, the person from customer case asked me to cancel the order as they are unable to do one stamp. Such answer after several calls is really unexpected for me. If they have such problem why telling me lie every day when i required the stamp urgently. Such harassment to a customer is not acceptable. I never experience such worst experience and very bad customer support i never experienced. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered "Religious Dairy" Order Number:PL[protected] on[protected]:47:50, I have paid an amount of : 175+55=230 using debit card.. Delivery date is January 1st 2018, But can't receive my Product still. I contacted Customer support via E-mail, but they didn't responded. So please solve my Problem.
