Printvenue — Bad quality Material supplied

I bought a mobile skin from Printvenue .com and received the same on 12.04.2015. Since then I have communicated through mail as well as over phone regarding the bad quality material supplied but every time they are telling that 24 hours it will take to be resolved. I talked over phone also not less than 6 times and e mail also given several times. Now i am fed up with the unsolvable issue.
