Besides there is one common thing everyone at the "help desk" keeps telling- WE HAVE ESCALATED THE ISSUE, CONCERNED PERSON WOULD GET TO YOU SHORTLY.
Only thing is that's the end of the conversation. You don't get a mail or call what so ever. Only to call them back later and register a fresh complaint all over again.
Heads up- make sure you got sufficient talk time money on your phone as you lose a minimum of 60 rupees every time you call them up and they conveniently put you on hold. Don't hang up or you need to start over afresh- because they are never getting back to you!

The moment you pay is the moment your done with it and no matter what in hell, the error is never getting rectified. The customer care is never really concerned and the company heads- managers, I really don't know what are they being paid for. You lose your money trying to call these junk and they conveniently talk of getting back to you in 3 bloody working days. It's been 2 months for me and my friend with 15 customer care calls costing a min of Rs. 500, and absolute zero response.
The company thrives on its "no refund because its personalized" policy - so when they serve you dung you need to accept it because you asked for it- personalized!
They should be sued for cheating their customers.
ADVISING ALL TO STAY AWAY - they are a pack of cheaters.
