I had placed an order, with order number[protected], with the website for a customized T-shirt. The delivered product had spelling mistakes and alignment errors. Efforts to contact the customer care through mails and calls have been in vain as they keep forwarding mails internally without any discernible outcome.
I had been assured that a reprint request had been raised with the concerned department but the new order, with order number[protected] placed on Feb 27, is still shown under processing after 2 weeks.
I would like the customized T-shirt with the correct logo, as per the image already supplied to the website, to be delivered at the earliest.
