Hi Printvenue Team Good Day! This is to inform you that i have ordered a personalised wooden plaque on 14th Jan Via Order No[protected] with a colored picture of my family as depicted in your website after uploading the image.But today morning i received your order and when i opened it i found a simple engraved image of my family pic on the wooden plaque which is quite surprising for me as well as disgusting.You are supposed to print a colored image on the plaque.Then why you have engraved the complete image on the plaque.Kindly replace the order and send me a fresh order with colored image on the plaque.This is not at all acceptable from your end since you are displaying something and dispatching something.There is a hell and heaven difference the displayed picture and the actual picture sent by you.I have attached both images below.Kindly check and revert me asap.GUYS PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM PRINT VENUE BECAUSE THEY DISPLAY SOMETHING AND DISPATCH SOMETHING.AND ONE THING MORE FORGET ABOUT CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF YOUR ORDER.ONCE YOUR A/C IS DEBITED THEN DONT EXPECT CREDIT VIA PRINT VENUE.BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS
