Printvenue — Extremely Poor Quality product with no resolution

Hi, I ordered a polo t-shirt from Printvenue and they delivered a horrible product (extremely poor quality job - worst you can expect). I raised a compliant on their customer support and they promised a resolution "soon". It's been more than a month now and all I've been getting is more promises. The customer support is the also worst ever. Everytime I call (I've called more than 10 times now), all they have to say is "Sorry" and nothing beyond that. After waiting for a month for resolution, I've finally raised a refund request. I hope they will refund my money soon. My order number was[protected] and my compliant number was 186368.
