Printvenue — not replacing damaged product for three months after repeated false promise

I made an order for personalized mug on December 2014 which was delivered to me but in a damaged condition. The handle was in broken into pieces. I raised a complain which was acknowledged by printvenue and they promised to send me replaced product but they do not care to do the same. I contacted their customer care on phone which is not toll free and in these 3 months I have spent double the price of that mug on my telephone bill to call them and their peoples are fraud enough to just give false promise that they will send the replaced product in 7 days(they have said it innumerable tyms) but after 7 days when I call they take fresh complain and the cycle repeats. I find this company a hardcore fraud company that do not care about their consumers and do not return or return after sending defective item. I will seek legal aid to get compensation for all my telephone cost incurred on calling them plus the price of damaged product alongwith the mental agony they created on calling their customer care innumerable tyms(last cll made 10 days before). Don’t buy any product from this site and don’t trust their product. They are a biggest cheat and fraud company.
