I have ordered a customised mobile case in print venue websit..my order no is[protected] in Nov.But still the product is not yet delivered..The payment has been done online . I want the money back...I didn't get any notification from the Print Venue after my order has confirmed..! Worst Customer support..

Worst Customer Support and Not Even Dispatched the product..They are busy with only the payment.!

Ordered a calendar on 10/12/2014..Items were shipped on 14/12/2014.Order has not been dispatched yet.If called customer care no response line is always busy.Cancel the order and refund the money back.

Dear all
I have ordered one diary on 20th dec and it was intimated to me that will be dispatched within 7working days...i didnt got any intimation regarding delay or how much time it will take for further processing..
Customer service also dont response to any calls...request to revert on priority on mail id [protected]@yahoo.com or else ill file a case in consumer forum.
