[Resolved]  Printvenue — order- not yet dispatched

This is with regard to Order No.[protected] which was made on 14 December 2014. But till today the delivery has not been made. Moreover the order can't be tracked and the product would lose its worth if its more delayed. The occasion has already passed and i made the payment through credit card. I just want to know the status of my product- whether it would be delivered or not. If yes, then in how many more days.
