Dear Team, I had placed a refund request for my order no.[protected] dated Mar 2, 2015. I was promised that the refund would reach me in about 10 days. Its been more than three weeks now and I have still not received the refund in spite of following up with your customer support execs. I really feel cheated for this attitude. Every time I ask them to send a mail they give me different excuses, some would say they are not allowed to do this while others say they would send an email soon. You really want customers to come to you even after such experience? This is my first experience with you and I am utterly disappointed. Can I please know by when would I be refunded?
