Printvenue — Printvenue supplied me a substandard, low quality diary | |||
Hi, Printvenue supplied me a substandard, low quality diary which was advertised as good quality diary. I voiced my concern with the support and even send them photographs of substandard diary. But they came back saying the quality is fine and the pages have marks because of transit, which according to me is unacceptable. I wrote them an email back for refund but I am not getting a respond back. This is actually cheating the customer by promising quality product on website.
