To someone who can genuinely help,
I had placed an order for a business organizer and an ace pen on the 27th of December 2014. The order number is[protected]. It took 17 days for you guys to deliver the order. And when I open the package, the ace pen is missing. I call your customer support guys. They asked me for a picture of the package that I received. I mail a picture. I get a ticket number which states that someone would get in touch with me within 3 days. I don't get any correspondence or call. I contact your sales team. Dinesh from your sales team calls back and I clearly tell him that I have intentions of placing a bulk order, however, if you guys can't fulfill an order of just one product, how can I trust you on ordering 300 pieces. He apologies and places an order for the ace pen. The order number is[protected]. I patiently wait for the order to be delivered. I call your customer support approx on 22nd of Jan. They say that the order will reach me in a weeks time. It did not. I call support again. This time, I am asked to contact the sales team as the support guys are not able to trace the order. I call Dinesh from sales again who asked me to mail the marketing guys.
I work for a multi million dollar company in Saudi. Nssr.co. we are setting up a branch in Bangalore India. The order that I placed was just to test as to how soon you can deliver the order. All I got was disappointment. I'm lucky that I didn't place a bulk order. I would have got fired from my company if I would have.
I want a clear picture on my order. Will that pen be delivered or not.
