Printvenue — Rearding duplicate orders | |||||
I ordered a phone back cover for Mi4i and made payment for the same, but in the end t said the ordered is cancelled automatically. So I placed another order for it. I wrote mail informing them that money has been deducted twice. They just told me there is one order which is being processed, so I asked for refund since money got deducted twice. Then they told me there are two orders and they cannot process cancellation, saying that if you could have told us earlier. First of all I wrote the mail for the same and second thing your customer service is closed on weekends so have to write mail. Now when I called on Monday one of your executive told me its my mistake that placed duplicate orders and nothing can be done and moreover disconnected the call when I asked to connect to senior person. and when I called again the further senior manager is also saying that its my mistake that I placed duplicate orders.
