Printvenue — Worst experience on online portal

These people are big time thugs.. Ordered for two phone back covers but all I could get is long waiting without any information for delay..On inquiring from their useless coustmer support ..It was told that quality team has not approved d product..So again gone for printing..Till now after 15 days ..No high quality product I have received...while ordering I got the message that I will be receiving my product in 3-6 working days..when I ask for cancellation of product ...They refuse saying there is no such policy... That's why they r THUGS...BEWARE...BIG WASTE OF MONEY N TIME..

I have ordered and paid by reward point, it was 0.40 paise less as the payment took in round. I complained over phone but they are not accpeting about the payment.
