After having bought 10 pieces of cushions for a hefty 3600 rupees, and hours of phone calls to an STD landline number, I am being sent 2 back. The customer support is absolutely of no help. Neither is the support team that only communicates "via email"
Whenever a customer has a valid point of complaint, the customer support team always blames the "other department" for the shortcoming.
I have been told 3 different things by customer support so far.
4 of them said, 24 hours is required (calls made after every 24 hours)
1 said, take a photo and send. So i placed a good item (i ordered 2 before, being satisfied with the quality, i ordered 10 more) and the defective piece right next to it and sent photos.
1 guy names Sachin, hung up on me.
1 guy names Dharam said, I will be sent two back, cos the photo I had sent had two in it.
As a customer, I want to kill all of them and I guess I should just forget about my hard earned 3600 rupees as if they never existed, just like the reputation of printvenu
