Hello, Myself Mrs. Pooja Abhijeet Padwal had took membership on 2nd May 2015 of Priority International Holiday Club for 5 years on Rs 75000/-. On that time you had promised me below things: 1) Will give you Rs. 1000/- DMart vouchers on every month. 2) When I will swipe credit to pay the amount for 2 years EMI, you will not get any interest on the amount. 3) All the promises which you told me orally will be in agreement letter & the copy which we will receive from you by post. 4) GYM facility will be available from next day. 5) Priority International has tie up with 4 & 5 star hotels. It's been one month and I haven't received any DMart voucher. When I call to customer care, the lady was told me, we don't have any vouchers so we can't give it to you. She was talking very rudely. I took this membership because you promised me that you will get Rs 1000/- vouchers one every month. so If we check every month's Rs 1000/- means for 5 years you will give me 60000/- Rs vouchers. But now if you have problem on even first month, then I don't think you can give me vouchers till 5 years. Again when I did swipe my HDFC bank card you told me that credit card payment is for 0% interest but now even for on first month I got first EMI with interest. In agreement letter it is not mentioned anywhere what they told me orally. Even on that day they told me that you can use GYM even from the next day of this membership, but it is written in your document that you can only use GYM when you will pay minimum 50% of amount. When I called to them and asked to cancel my membership, Priority International was not ready for that. I also send mail to you but did not yet received any reply from you. I saw on internet that priority International had cheated with so many guys. I have also noticed that they don't have tie up with 5 star hotels.     Dear All, We are both very recent victims of the fraudulent practices of Priority International! I am writing this e-mail in order to request you active participation in ensuring that suitable legal action is taken against Priority International for the fraud that it is practising on its helpless customers. First of all, we need to mention our source of information as far as your contact details are concerned. We got to know about you all from websites like MOUTHSHUT and CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. Recently (December 2014), we were offered the membership of Priority International at one of these presentations that were held following the lucky draw contest. We paid an advance amount of Rs. 25, 000 towards the membership. However, we realised later that some of the assurances given by the representative of Priority International were false, and that they were not very trustworthy. The sales representative refused to receive our calls after that meeting. We cancelled the membership agreement the very next day, and requested them to refund our money. However, they have refused to do so under the pretext that the deposit is non-refundable. We have therefore decided to file a police complaint under Section 420 I.P.C, and to also file a consumer complaint against Priority International. We understand that you also have been victims of this fraud. Therefore, if we all get together to file a police complaint, there is a stronger chance of any action being taken against Priority International. Some of you must have already filed police complaints and consumer complaints. In that case, kindly share the details of the legal proceedings, so that we can take some joint action towards teaching these frauds a lesson. Warm Regards

      On 24th Feb 2015 i was contacted by a person in Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai, with an offer of a scheme for holidaying in India and abroad by their company. Accordingly we consented to his proposal as it seemed very lucrative and gave my contact details for further interaction. The next day, 25th Feb 2025, i received a phone call to visit a hotel in Andheri West for further details. Hence on 26th Feb 2015 i visited this hotel and amongst several other visitors we were persuaded by Mr. Saddam and often for clarifications by Mr. Bharat Singh, floor manager, to sign an agreement listing host of facilities to be provided by PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS if membership is taken. Considering the best option for 30 years membership we consented to the agreement with PIH and paid a sum of Rs. 2, 30, 000 by my Visa Credit Card and Rs. 15, 000 by my ICICI Debit card a total of Rs 2, 45, 000. Signed a contract stating the list of facilities to be provided for a duration of 30 years. After joining as member i was promised the following: a) gold coins within few days. b) monthly coupons to avail discounts in restaurants like KFC, Fasos, and also Power House Gym free membership, etc. c) One way fair in India for visiting destination of your choice from mumbai. d) 3 to 5 start hotel accomodation with breakfast and airport transfer facilities. e) Marriage/Birthday parties and other get togethers can be arranged in 3 to 5 start hotels. and many more such services which i never received apart from coupons for the Power House Gym. In mid-april we proposed to visit Kamshmir and accordingly sent an email to designated email address however no response received even after repeated emails and phone calls. This includes 3 trips to their customer care office in Andheri west, veera desai road, janki centre, 7th floor. After repeated pleading with Mr Arun Singh (Customer care in charge) to respond to our request. However, no response received as yet. It has now been more than three months and the situation is still the same. I was deeply frustrated as it was my hard earned money which i paid from my Provident Fund and am no longer looking to have their membership. Hence i again visited their office today and noticed that the Customer Care office has shifted without any knowledge of the neighboring offices. I am now convinced that this is a fraudulent company and appeal to the consumer court authority to enable us to get refund of Rs 2, 45, 000 at the earliest.

      You are taking wrong steps. Please send a email asking for refund citing deficiency in services. Dispute the charges with your bank citing deficiency in services.
      Parallelly If they do not agree on refund, approach police as they have committed fraud.
      Please approach Consumer court immediately. Please take advise of lawyer before going to consumer court.
      All these processes are time consuming, so have patience.

        Hii my name is Alok verma i bought priority international membership on 2nd feb 2015..they called me and my wife in there office at karl residency hotel in andheri. And they lured us with there membership scheme in which they said every year we will get 6nights 7 days in 4 or 5 star hotels which they showed us in there book, gym membership for both o[censored]s, banquet hall booking in their tie up hotels for 3 functions in a year.. which all turned out to b fake promises later they told us to pay 1lakh 60 thousand rupees for the membership.. which i said i dont have so Mr. BHARAT their branch head told me to do a credit card payment nd rest u can giv later.. and with his talks he pushed us to do some payment from credit card nd rest he sent her colleague Ms. STEFFI wid us to our home to collect... we hve given Rs. 50000 them in total which we have receipt of. He told me to do rest of the due payment within a years time.After that i tried to book a hotel in with them but they dint provided any 4 or 5 star hotel as they told on the time of taking membership they just send me names of some 2 stars hotel.. which i dint even liked so i dint booked.. aftr that i tried to book a banquet hall wid them. Which they said they will reply in 2 days but they never did.. i called them like 10 times evey day to enquire but eveytime they gave me some excuse.. and it went on for a month but still hall not booked..same happend with the gym membership we called them like 100 times even visited their office but evrything in vain... We r so much mentally harrased by these people.. then we decided to ask for the cancellation and refund of the money.. for which we went to their office nd forced them to tke the cancellation as no facility was given by them and its been 3 months.. so i wrote a cancelation request and gave them which i hav a receiving of but they r not even doin the cancellation and refund. Mr bharat the concerned person told me ul get the refund on 25th may nd mail on 23 th may for same.. but nothing happend he lied to me and wen i tried to call him he dint piked up the call nd today i got to knw that there offic whr i use to go has been shut. Then i understood he gave me date 25 may bcoz they were shutting their office.. pls help me getting my hard earned money back.. i hv some voice recordings of my conversations with Mr. Bharat singh who made all these fake promises and cheated us.. the contact no.           We have paid 1, 00, 000 for a 5 year membership. Thier venue manager Bharat Singh and Sales person Saddam promised many things but the moment we paid money they have forgotten all thier commitments. Calling them since last 15 days but both of them not picking calls and customer care attendant Manoj Kumar is worst. I would advice people to keep away from this fraud people.
          Please send a email asking for refund.
          Parallelly If they do not agree on refund, approach police Lodge FIR.
          You can approach Consumer court also. Please take advise of lawyer before going to consumer court.
          All these processes are time consuming, so have patience.

              They have taken 20 thousand from my card and did not provide any service. They said we will receive a membership card by post but have not received it yet. We had started around dec 2014 and Now its may 2015 still did not receive any card or benefits. This company is cheater company.
              I agree with you. Its a fraud company...

                Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer. They have taken Rs.1, 06, 000 from me for 5 years and did not explain me all the details at the time of taking package. Now they say that I have to pay Rs. 9000 &Rs.15, 000 as Annual maintenance charges every year and what they will do is provide hotel and pick-up and drop. We were also promised some voucher's which even after following up daily we have been asked to wait past 1 and a half year. They wouldn't provide us a list of hotels even when asked for. Their customer care executives refuse to solve our issues when contacted. Every time we call them we are asked to visit their Mumbai Branch. We have even done that too. All I want now is my money back (of course their clause says no refund) but then in that case where are my holiday bookings that we have been trying to book. I have also been trying to book my holidays past year and half with any success. They also claim to be affiliated with the best hotel cross the globe which is rubbish. There are no better than 2 star properties and on top of that we still need to pay them annual maintenance charges. It cannot get any worst than this even after confirming the crap hotel from their list they turn around and say they are having amazing response and are all booked out. I have been trying to book my holidays past year and half without any success. My 2 year membership is already wasted without a single holiday on my membership yet. I would strongly recommend people/ buyers not to buy their membership ever as their are seriously cheating on people and making quick making money with false promises.

                  They sold me a holiday plan for 5 years for 1 lac, to be paid in 48 emis at their aundh office in pune. but didn't convert the authorised payment into emis. and they don't have any tie ups with luxury hotels as mentioned in their brochures. So they're offering to charge me 20k (+7k maintenance fee) per year and they don't have properties that are even worth for this price. not even sure if this company will remain operational tomorrow.                   The money you paid to Priority International is as good as its gone. There is slim hope of recovery of money. For that you will have to lodge FIR against Priority International and force police to freeze Priority's bank accounts. If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

                    On 12 Nov 2014, I got a call from Priority International that I had win the Gift worth Rs 40, 000 /- . 1. Free Gift Voucher 2. Tour Voucher Local destination 3. Kichen Cookery Item and told us to come to Hotel Park, Andheri with family . From 4.30 to 8.30 PM they had given all false commitments and taken our signature on the membership MOU on the stamp paper. The total membership amount is Rs 90, 000 /- for 5 years and they were ready to make the membership just by Paying Cash of Rs 20, 000 /- and told us to pay the balance 75, 000 /- in installment and the Priority Intl services will be started only after paying 50 % of the membership amount. After 4 months, due to some personal problem, I am unable to Pay the balance amount of the membership and also I want to Cancell the MOU signed on 12th Nov 2015. 15 days back I had gone to Priority Intl Andheri Office with this request of Refund of Rs 20, 000 /- . Now, they are telling that there will be No Refund as it is written in the MOU. We had Not at all Used the Free Vouchers given by Priority Intl and Not a single service has been provided by Priority Intl to me . I am Not even the Member of the Priority Intl and Not got any confirmation / Nos of my membership from Priority Intl. Please help me to get the Refund of Rs 20, 000 /- from M/s Priority International as I had Not at all Used any Services and I don't want to continue with Priority International and Cancell the MOU.                         Hi, I have beed asked to meet them in a Hotel in andheri about a prize I have won.But it came out to be a big fraud. I was told that by paying Rs 25000 Rs I can be part of Priority International and can avail any tour in india within one year. and IF I like the tour and stay I can continue to become their member by paying rest of the amount and enjoy holidays for next 10 years. but both the voucher (free voucher) and the holiday I am unable to book and avail the benefits as the customer care keeps on replying the below: 1. For free voucher : The destination are booked for next few months 2. For 25000 Membership : I can not avail because I am still not a member. They have also told that I will get a welcome kit at my address, which has still not arrived.                         Issue resolved by priority international.
                        Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
                        Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai and Hadapsar police station, Pune.                           I have paid 2500, 30000, 30000, 17500 amount using different credit card on 15 march at the time they said you can cancel membership. Charges for cancellation is around 500 to 1000 but when i approach to them on next day they said cancellation is not possible they show me agreement where it mention that there is no cancellation . On 15 march i start reading agreement but they have not given time to read during reading they started transition they said what ever they told is written in agreement so i sign it.So in that case can i get my amount back as it made through credit card.I will contact related bank but i have not any legal document . but they have document where i had sign .

                          The same case happened to me as well. They are the great cheaters targeting married couples. I even paid a huge amount through my credit card at Aundh Office where they claimed that they will be providing holiday package. However, they have said that they will convert it into 0% EMI. However, they havn't converted it yet. Moreover, when I approached them for cancellation, they are denying now. I have gone through all the complaints and figured out that this is a fraud company based in Pune. They pull people to take their package and don't even give time to go though the agreement. After you sign the agreement, they hardly respond to your mails and complaints. I am trying to gather more evidences against them by contacting more victims and then I will go to media to open up their fraud company.

                          Priority International Holidays — Cheating customers

                          When I took the membership I was promised that I will get 4 star n heritage hotels n 10 years gym vouchers and banquet halls vouchers. But till date I have not received anything and the hotels I was offered after giving them 55 days in advance 2star hotels.                             Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer. They have taken Rs.81, 000 from me for 5 years and did not explain me all the details at the time of taking package. I opted a service from them but the service I got was horrible. My family went to Gangtok and the feedback was not at all good. Persons involved in this cheating are: Prashant Bandal - [protected], Altamash Momin - [protected] and Wasim Khan - [protected] .Also at the time of booking they said that the amount can be converted to 24 month EMI without interest. But it is not done yet. I have to convert it by myself and paid penalty for the same. Also I want to book a holiday and those guys are not at all supportive. Also they said that the hotels for accomodation will be 4 or 5 star hotels. but the hotel which they provided is not a 2 star hotel. It is my strong advice to you guys " PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PACKAGE FROM PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL ". They are not good. Go for MakeMyTrip. They are the best of all. Overall Summary: 1.                               I have paid close to Rs. 1.3 Lac to enroll into their program. When it came to booking a hotel they are charging me an AMC of Rs. 12000, if I book directly with the hotel they are charging me Rs. 13000. If I do the math they give us 5 holidays in five years and the difference in booking through them vs directly is just Rs. 1000 and in 5 vacations I only get benefit of Rs. 5000 for which I paid close to Rs. 1.3 lacs. I am going to consumer court to take this up.

                              Mr.Prashant, you are taking wrong steps. Please send a email asking for refund.
                              Parallelly If they do not agree on refund, approach police as they have committed fraud . Lodge FIR. Submit FIR copy to bank.
                              You can approach Consumer court also. Please take advise of lawyer before going to consumer court.
                              All these processes are time consuming, so have patience.

                              Service totally neglected by the company

                              Negligence by the company employees no any true commitment or agreement by the company. By negligency and deficiency behavior of company so rude like a layman type. Fully as a fake. And when he money taken immigration their language are charged. So your company is fake. Money is not refund by your side.

                                Hi, I and my husband were invited to collect and the gifts. When we went he told there will be a 90 minute presentation. They told us about holiday and how much you spend. As we were discussing we were not sure of the package we are taking and then they told do you have a credit card and I told I don't have the pin for the same. He told we will swipe and generate the pin in the meantime when discussions are happening. They told us about memebership but didn't tell us anything about AMC charges. They were not allowing us time not communication between me and my husband. Then they sold us 30 year membership and made us sign the documents. They told we will recieve free event passes, free banquet halls in any city in India. When we came home we searched on net and read the agreement and found the AMC clause which they have never mentioned as the membership was one time payment for 30 years. I wanted to made the agreement null and void but they didn't agree and they dismissed any thing that can be done as AMC was mentioned in the agreement. But during discussion nothing clearly was mentioned about the charges we have to pay on yearly basis. We have not taken any services from them nor goods. I want to cancel the membership as their claims seems false. They claim themselves to be associated with Priority Lounge group which has no connection with them.                                 got a call from Priority International that I had win the Gift worth Rs 40, 000 /- . 1. Free Gift Voucher 2. Tour Voucher Local
                                destination 3. Kichen Cookery Item and told us to come to Hotel Park, Andheri with family . From 4.30 to 8.30 PM they had given
                                all false commitments and taken our signature on the membership MOU on the
                                stamp paper. The total membership amount is Rs 90, 000 /- for 5
                                years and they were ready to make the membership just by Paying Cash of Rs 20, 000 /- and told us to pay the balance 75, 000 /-
                                in installment and the Priority Intl services will be
                                started only after paying 50 % of the membership amount. After 4 months, due
                                to some personal problem, I am unable to Pay the balance amount of the
                                membership and also I want to Cancell the MOU signed
                                on 12th Nov 2015. 15 days back I had gone to Priority Intl Andheri Office with this request of Refund of Rs 20, 000 /- . Now, they are telling that there will be
                                No Refund as it is written in the MOU. We had Not at all Used the Free Vouchers
                                given by Priority Intl and Not a single service has been

                                I also got a call from international priority they told me that you won a gift voucher..so come to our office & collect the gifts..as per telephonic communication i went to their office but they said that after 30 min presentation your gifts were handover but they dont gave us presentation they only forced us to take their membership...This is not way to treat to customers...they also gave us 5 year membership..i said i dont want bt they said we will convert your membership in EMI of 1700...after that i said EMI only 1700/- they said yes..after that i said yes because middle class person can pay 1700 for month for 5 years plan because this is best for all of my family members after that i gave my credit for only 1700 emi bt they swipe my card after that amount debited was 11000/- then i am totally shocked...on the spot i said thier manager i dont want your membership..they said we will convert 11000 into 700 emi..but i said i dont want..i want my money return..after that they put aggrement papers on table & said sir sign this documents we will return your money back..i said you dony make me foolish because once i sign this paper then i know my money doesnot return back..they said no sir this is process to return yuor money..i said once twice...then they said sure sir plzz sign the documents..then i signed...after that they said within 48 hours your money will be credited in you account or 11000/- cheque will be handover to me by them..but after 3 days i contact them that time also they forces me sir take our membership..i said nooo..i want my money..that time also they give me commitment about my money that your cheque will be given in next 2 days, , after 2 days i contact them they said this membership is not cancelled...we dont give your amount refund..i totally shocked..so i want my money back..

                                Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
                                Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai and Hadapsar police station, Pune.                                   I was asked to make the transaction first and then to sign the agreement. I was not even given time to go thru the terms. They said, I can read at my convenience and get back to us in case of any queries. I trusted their words, but when I went thru the agreement, I came to know about the truth. This was on 11th Jan 2014. The following words said during the presentation by Mr. Arafat (cell #[protected]) does not match the agreement terms: 1. If I cancel the package at any moment, say after 3 years, the remaining amount will be refunded for the remaining 2 years. But this does not reflect in the agreement. 2. I would be provided monthly gift voucher of 1K for D-Mart. This was not mentioned. 3. They said the package cost is 95K. But the swiped my card for 75K. When I asked them what about the remaining 20K, they said it will be recovered later when the EMI starts. Don't understand how!!! 4. The 74K amount would be recovered in 60 installments. But this was not present in the agreement. 5. Other facilities as promised are also not there in the agreement. I went back to the Aundh office within 1 hour after signing the agreement to get it cancelled. But they straight away said this won't be cancelled and said "aap jo karna hai kar lo..kuch nahi ho sakta". They even verbally threatened my wife, who was sitting at the reception, to not to talk to other clients present there. Later, they offered to modify as: If I pay the amount in 18 EMIs, the 1st year AMC (Rs 6000/-) would be waived off. Along with it, I won't have to pay the remaining 20K (95K-75K i.e., package cost - amount deducted already). I agreed as I had no other choice left to recover my money. But this was not even mentioned in the agreement. I enquired with the bank on 13th Jan, and the amount was already claimed by the merchant but the instruction to convert into EMI was not sent to the bank by them. The Bank person said the total amount of 74K would reflect in my next statement itself. I raised a dispute with the bank immediately on 13th Jan 2014 and awaiting response from the bank.

                                  After a lot of follow ups with Citibank, they have agreed to make the temporary credit of 75K as permanent to my account. This means I won't be charged the amount further.
                                  Thanks a lot Citibank for listening to your customers and providing a justified solution.
                                  Hope to continue this relationship for long.


                                  An earnest request to all those who are planning to get a membership from Priority International, use your own judgement. It is wisely said that "THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ACT"!!!
                                  The bank provided me a temporary credit for the amount debited and the dispute is under investigation.Could someone provide some insight on how to get the membership cancelled and get the amount refunded from Priority International ?
                                  They did not even cared to notify bank about all the discussion that I had with them about the 18 EMIs. Every statement they made during the presentation is false.
                                  Could someone guide me how to get the amount refunded from Priority International ?

                                  Citibank provided permanent credit of 75K to my account which means I won't have to pay from my pocket.
                                  The justified solution from Citibank strengthened the relationship further.


                                  For those who wish to take membership from Priority International, I would suggest them to adhere to the saying "THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ACT".
                                  Priority cheats people like anything. They don't have any accountability. Don't take anything or don't sign any contract. This is my sincere request.

                                    I had taken a 5 year membership from priority for 1, 20, 000. while taking the membership i was told that that i will be given 4 to 5 star properties to stay in during my holidays apart from host of other promises. None of the promises have been fullfilled till date. I was planning a trip to kerala and approached priority for the same regarding accomodation. Not only did they talk rudely but also gave me budget properties, the prices of which were ranging from[protected] only stating that there are no good properties available for my travel dates. when i checked myself on the internet, there were many properties which were showing vacancies and were also responding. i sent a mail stating the same to priority international and got no reply from them on the subject. Apart from being unhelpful and rude, these guys dont know how to work.

                                      Hi, We had booked a holiday contract with priority international pune. They promised a 4-5 star hotel for 7 days and 6 nights per year for the next 5 years for an amount of rs. 100, 000. We tried to avail a 3 day holiday in puri. They kept us giving options of bed & breakfast hotels (1-2 stars). After a lot of persistence they got us a 3 star hotel and demanded a booking amount of rs. 3, 000, which we paid. But after that they said that the rooms in that hotel had been booked and they again offered us a b&b and that too for 2 night stay. We rejected their offer saying thats its not as per their promises and they should return our money. But there has been no reply for them.
