Priority Services Hyderabad — Membership

I am also from Hyderabad and a victim of Priority Services, I paid 1.35 lakhs to this company. recently (23rd June 2018 )panjagutta police arrested the Directors of this company. please form a group and we will fight. here i am attaching the paper cutting.

Whole Priority group is fake and they are damn cheaters. They first cheated lot of customers in Pune and Mumbai. Customers registered criminal cases against them. 5 FIRS are registered so far against Priority internationals and more than twenty consumer complaints in consumer courts. Another company is open by owners of the same older company.

The new company mypriorityservices.com is opened in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Here is my suggestions:
- Don't pay any money to these punters.
- Don't talk to them nor go to their office. That is totally waste. They are nonsense, ### and goons.
- Don't worry your money will be returned back.
- Raise immediately dispute with the bank./Credit card company.
- Collect documentary evidences against them what they promised in agreement,
3-5 star hotel tie up as per the agreement but they don't have tieups. Ask for complete 3-5 star hotel lists in india and abraoad/gym/club house, with which they say they have tie up. If they are not able to provide within time of a week or so. Lodge Police FIR that you are cheated.

- Their directors are absconding due to Criminal FIRs are registered against them in Mumbai and Pune. So registering FIR is must for getting back your money.
- FIR is registered in APMC, VASHI, Khar, Pune and Navi Mumbai. Without documentary evidences you can't register FIRs/Consumer complaint. So first collect evidences, then go for FIR.
- Their various bank accounts are freezed. Hence whoever will file the Police complaint, court will return them the money.

Just search for priority international review, you will come to know how they are cheating.

If you are cheated in Pune, Aundh. Go Aundh police station and file FIR. If in Hadapsar, file FIR in Hadapsar.

Hi friends, I was similarly cheated by Priority International at Andheri West. They fraudulently swiped 50, 000 from my debit card instead of EMI and later claimed that I have to convert it into EMI. I flatly refused and blocked cheque payment of Rs.2 Lakh. I asked for list of all tie up properties but Priority International could not provide it. Police were hesitant in taking my complaint. Then I approached DCP who ordered FIR to be registered at Amboli Police station, Mumbai. Subsequently FIRs are registered at APMC Vashi Police station, Kharghar Police station (both in Navi Mumbai), Hadapsar Police station and Chaturshringi Police station (both in Pune). The anticipatory bail is rejected by court in both Kharghar FIR and APMC Vashi FIR. The priority International directors namely Ahamed Basha Shaik, Tushar Shahaji Chaudhari and Waseem Mohammed are absconding and have appeared before Navi Mumbai crime branch till now. There were two news articles in Times of India dated 27.6.2016 (Page 2) and 4.7.2016 (Page 5).
Before filing any complaints, you need to collect documentary evidences.

Thanks for your Post, i am also victim of Priority Services Hyderabad. My wife got a call from them stating that you won silver coin and come with family for weekend to claim. when we approach to Hotel Katria (Raj Bhavan Road) Hyderabad, they places us in room and treated with Tea / Coffee, and they called 10 families together into one hall, they was a cluster seating and they started promoting their club membership, they told to us if you join immediately then you will get 125 sft plot with plantation, i was joined for plot only specially i informed them about the same. in total amount of 1.5 lakhs first swipe for joining was 30k and totally i paid 70000/-. when i asked them for plot visit they was taken 30 days to arrange. i was shocked when i visited the site there was no development even plotting also not done by them. since 2 years i am keep follow-up them but till date i was not received either my plot or my money, even i was not utilized any services. someone please help me how to get my money back.

You wont get back your money without registering FIR...
FIR is filed only for criminal issues and refund of money is civil issue. File court case in small cause court as your have utilised services and are member.

If you dont want to fight in court, think that you have donated your money for terrorist activities against India and live with the guilt!!!

Hello, i am also the victim of Priority services, Hyderabad. Same Set up & Same Story. Me & my wife were invited to claim Silver coin in a Fancy Hotel in Hyderabad. A lot of false promises & shiny stuff were given about their services & piece of land. i ended up paying 4, 65, 000( that's correct 4 lakhs 65 thousand rupees!!!) for 30 years membership & 240 sq plot. Even after running pillar & post for more than 1 year, i have not been able to avail any of their services, nor i have been given any plot. All i am still getting is long fruitless annoying conversation with their customer care representatives(Prashant cherian, Abu bakr, Munawwar, Azhar, Asra) at Banjara hills & their bollocks explanations/consolations that my grievances will be met soonest. Appreciate if someone can guide me & all other comment makers here.

Priority Services Hyderabad is fake. We are victims of the scandal where in we paid 2.5 Lakhs during their presentation sale event in 2015. So far there has been very poor response and we have not availed anything. We are NRIs and have no hold of anyone to talk to. They wont lift the phones and neither respond to our mails wanting information. Don't know what to do. Can anyone help us to knw how to file a customer complaint and catch the thieves.

My case is different from all . Some are registered for plot some are registered for membership for going to tour and some are got membership for the service they offered like banquet halls. But I had joined this by paying 1lack 35 thousand for fake promise given by the stupid representative that they will provide medical insurance to my disabl late son who suffered with muscular dystrophy. After enrolling to the membership there is no such medical insurance not available and go and said go n ask the person who promised you like that they told me. Because my late son was disabled since birth no medical insurance company accepted for taking insurance for him as he has 90% disability. By false promises given by the sales person i just misguided by him and paid such a big amount to this type of stupid.. by looting these many members money what he can get.. end of life will never be skipped by any one.. being good lives us forever
