I would like launch complaint against Owner of M/s Prithvee Real Estate Services(Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd.) Corp.Off. S-2, 2nd Floor, Savitri Market, Sector-18, Noida 201301. Tel.[protected].
I was booked a flat through Prithvee propmart Pvt ltd on dated 29-Nov-2012. In which they offer discount letter against the booking through prithvee propmart pvt. Ltd. (Discount letter attached herewith for ready reference). As per their terms & condition, payment will be released after 40% payment to builder (M/s Amrapali Group).
I have already been raised requested to release my amount as mentioned in concession letter in compliance of said condition with supporting documents. Apart from numerous request through mails, phone and physical meeting with them they are just giving me false commitment and doesn’t adhere.
I was met with Mr Vipin Choudhary & Mr.Pankaj Giri on dated 01 May2014 then Mr. Shailder Sharma for said issues and their assured me the payment will be clear within a month & so on. But till date they are not responding on my phone call & while asking for appoint to meet at their office their operator simply said not available during the week. Mr. Vipin & Pankaj already left the company. Now onwer not giving approval to release the payment with interest to 3years delay at their end.
I solely believe that, they having same practice to being fooling the public by holding the money intentionally & lingering the issues. They all are mastermind to trap people by offer discount but failed to complied.
On searching on the web, I came to know that Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd has similarly made fraud with public at large and various persons are cheated in similar manner like me.
Please treat this as my complaint against Prithvee Propmart Pvt. and take some strong action against them & Please also help me in recovering my amount from Prithvee Propmart Pvt.
