On 2nd October, 2020, I booked a ticket from Dhaula Kuan Bus Stop, Delhi to Shimla Bypass through ZingBus. I paid Rs.1099. But they cancelled the ticket on 5th October, 2020 and informed that Rs.1099 will be refunded in 5-7 working days. But today is 21st October, 2020, refund still awaited. Zing bus says they have refunded. But are not providing any reference no. and details. Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (5)

After that I lady call me and told that due to some reason your tickets was canceled so i[censored] want u can take a bus by 7 am then I told to lady plss cancle my ticket so she told your refund was came with in 5 to 6 days but still not coming .
