Jaisa ki aap jaan rahey ho ki dtc ki baso main bahut kam log yatra kar pa rahey hai jiski wajah se private bas walo ne kiraya double kar diya hai meri apse gujarish hai ki is baat par jald karyawahi kare

Neche maine us bus ki picture upload hai jis bus main mere se double kiraya liya gaya aur virodh karne par jubaan ladatey hai

मैने एक अजेंट के माध्यम से टिकट कराई थी उसने सजानंद की बस 8बजे की टाइम बोलकर सजानंद के ऑफिस में बैठाया, उसमें बस दूसरी जगह लगी है बोलकर बस में बैठा देंगे करके बोलकर 9बजे फाल्कन बस लाइन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड पर बैठा दिया
बस ऑफिस पर बैठ व्यक्ति कहता है बस 11 बजे है
मेरी यात्रा अहमदाबाद से मुद्रा के लिए है
जिसका किराया 750 रु देकर सिटिंग देने को बोल रहा है
आज दुखद ठगी का शिकार हो गया

Due to this COVID19, private buses are using this as an excuse and askibg for more fare. Students are not given half fare too. There is no Student pass. As a student it is very difficult to pay whole fare daily. Please take some action about this

I have booked the ticket on redbus from baroda to abu road the departure time was 5:25 but bus has not come when i called to traveller they were making me fool that its coming and frequentlly change the time of arriving bus but bus has never come its fraud happened with me request to help me for refund.

I am traveling from ELLENABAD TO KANPUR ( VIJAY TOUR AND TRAVELS)

On Travelling I saw that Driver and Conducter sale lots of ticket in the bus,
There is max 50 seats in bus ( SLEEPER)

But they are allow 70 person in the on the same price,
They are selling 4 tickets of single seat,

When I asked to him that why you are doing like this,
Then he said go and mind your business,

There are some women is in trouble he can't give any discount to them,

They charged full amount of his seat by every person,

Kindly take some action against travel agencies,

They are not doing well with passenger,

As per covid guidelines Pvt buses are not supposed to use Ac . But since they need to run bus without even disclosing its AC bus they are running. There is no had sanitizer and no thermal check. I had very bad experience that I booked ticket in red bus where it was mentioned as non AC. But finally it was ac which is against guidelines. There was passenger who came near me was coughing throughout the night. Will the bus operater provide incase I am affected due to their irresponsible activities.
It was nimmadhi travels from Tenkasi to Chennai evening 7.25pm was schedule. Now after returning for past 2days iam suffering from will the govt take any steps on such irresponsible activities

On 2nd October, 2020, I booked a ticket from Dhaula Kuan Bus Stop, Delhi to Shimla Bypass through ZingBus. I paid Rs.1099. But they cancelled the ticket on 5th October, 2020 and informed that Rs.1099 will be refunded in 5-7 working days. But today is 21st October, 2020, refund still awaited.

Zing bus says they have refunded. But are not providing any reference no. and details....

Actually we booked the ticket on geeta tours and travels through paytm.
17:10 bus.and date of travelling is 11/10/20
From visakhapatnam to hyderabad. Bus was not came.. i tried to cal lot of times.byt they are not responded.atleast i didnt get any cal or msg from that travels. My bus pnr number is 32662.seats is L8 and L9.

My wife and i were given wrong information about route and taken fare by the bus. After complaining they deboarded us at a stray place.

I booked 2 ticket with Shri Krishna Rath for traveling from Ranchi to Patna on 13 sept 2020. I booked the tickets online on paytm on 8 sept 2020 and selected seats 2 & 4.

However on the day of journey when we boarded the bus the tickets were already sold offline and we were alloted seat in end row instead of booked seat. The bus service provider misbehaved.

This is not just me but other passengers who booked tickets online had similar complaints. Even in the corona situation they were ready to pick passengers who gave money and were ready to compromise with seating arrangements.

Request strict action against this bus service provider to stop these fraud practices.

I was visiting to my wife house. Because, my wife is pregnant as 9th months.
When i boarded in a private bus from malappuram, kunnummal bus stop to kottakkal. It is a private bus from manjeri stand to tirur stand. They took illegal charges from me.
Old bus fare: 12 (Malappuram to kottakkal)
13 (Malappuram to changuvetty)

New bus fare : 15 : (Malappuram to kottakkal)
17 : (Malappuram to changuvetty)

But, the bus workers i was traveling with were charging me an illegal fee. This is punishable by law and is required to be accepted as a complaint.

This complaint is being posted just after i boarded a private bus in cuttack badambadi. I was allotted last seat in the bus and when i entered i see that bags are not kept in the luggage section in the bus and passengers are told to keep them near their seat and this is not safe in any manner if their is any emergency and people have to evacuate the bus. And all the luggage at the end seat are kept infront and their is no emergency exit also. Orissa govt has to take safety measures in this private bus and make compulsion of keeping the luggage in the back compartment of bus. These luggage compartment are now used for taking peoples courier and filling it

I am a bank employee and i am posted at gopalmath durgapur. I take durgapur barakar bus from the stop named garage and travel upto gopalmath on daily basis. But this is their daily drama that they won't stop at gopalmath if only one passenger is in bus who will get off the bus at gopalmath. Today the bus driver behaved with me very arrogantly. He told me to get off at next stop of gopalmath which is far to walk back. I informed them that i have office and i can't be late. They told me not to get on that particular bus (Bus no-wb 37b 3065) because he may or may not go gopalmath daily. This is their choice. I told them that gopalmath is a stoppage in their route. I am not asking any favour. Yet they yelled at me and told me not to get on their bus. If they behave with passenger who take buses for going to office and if they deny to drop them at their stoppage why are the bus services even exist?

They didn't intimate me at boarding ponit and left without picking me up. And i catch the bus at after four stops with my own expensive charges. When i question them how you are irresponsible instead of apalization they are raising voice against the passenger (Me). Worst travel and worst behavior. Take a action against them

Seats are booked twice and inspite of booking single seat i have to share with double one.
I paid 400 extra for that seat but that seat was booked by 2 person at one time. And the vehicle owner have switched off the mobile. So there was violence probability.
Kindly look into this.

This is regarding the misbehaviour towards a femal passenger at late night at the bus tn-57 ae 2779

I was traveling from gandhipuram to peelamedu in s16 bus which is owed by private company. The conductor had raised his voice when we asked him to start the bus. It was too late from the time we bought tickets. They were not ready to start the bus, moreover he was drunk and responded properly. Along with this they were charging double rate on late night.

I hope you will understand the pain point of the female passengers. Moreover i felt insecurity while traveling in the bus.

Please take appropriate actions the same.

Shidlaghatta to bangalore route private buses are harassing people, they won’t wait for getting down passengers and they don’t give proper safety to passengers, no safety, no respect, no respect to women, children, kids, and old age people,
No control speed limit, keep horning, they play music or movie, it disturb passengers privacy to people, totally no safe, please consider to provide more government buses and remove all these private buses, government buses are safe and they have speed control and drivers are ok but they also use mobile while they drive, that can control putting cctv camera on buses

All the private bus has increased their rate in festivals occasions off season rate is normally smt travels off season rate 750/- festival rate[protected]/-
They are very costly for middle class people we have no option so please take a action for all the private buses travels
No one want to complaint against these private bus travels all the occasions these bus travels do this for earn more money

I am working in coimbatore and Every day I travel from gobi to coimbatore In Andhiyur Route.
There having only few bus for travel from coimbatore to gobi inbetween 5to 8pm.
Time for coimbatore to gobi(Andhiyur route):
5:00pm one private bus
5:30pm one govt bus
6:00pm one private bus
After 6'oclk
7:00pm having one private bus
7:40pm one private bus
8:30pm having one private bus

After 5:00 having only 1hr gap of waiting one bus will came.
Its very trouble for office works and other peoples

There no any proper bus service in Evening Time in between 5to 8pm.

There having only 45min and 1hour gap there one bus we badly facing trouble during that That time

Pls kindly arrange Some more Bus to solve the promblem

Note:we dnt know how to capture picture when bus came during time.. there already run to catch bus on the rush.pls see record in the bus time taken in coimbatore bus stand

Balotra had a ticket, arrival time of 5.30 am, got down at 5.30 am and went to the driver, then said balotra left behind, should have taken care, the people who live with the driver were asleep, and in a very dirty way from the customers. Was talking,

Sir i had given bus parcel (02 carton box) on 03 oct 2019, to neeta travel in hyderabad to hans travels in indore. They had told parcel will delivered on 05 oct 2019. On 06 oct 2019 my client go to hans travels in indore from dhamnod (Distane approx 80 kms). They told the parcel not received and come tomorrow. My client ruturned back to home. Again on 07 oct 2019 my client's relative gone to hans travel and they told parcel not received, my client and i, called hans travel and neeta travel, they told parcel will be arrive at 18:00 hrs on 07 oct 19, i called at 19:30 hrs but they told come tomorrow. On 08 oct 19 i called nikhil he told parcel arrived, come and collect parcel. On 09 oct 19 my client's relative gone to hans travel and they told parcel not received. I and my client called so many calls to neeta travel and hans travel, but whereabout of material not find out. Both neeta and hans travel complaining each other. My client told me that he will not give product cost 23, 950.00. He told that he wait for 06 days for product & he got fed up and told it is my mistake, so he will not give my money. Sir i had in tension and fed up with these transport persons. I had a retired soldier. I am doing small agriculture business. With these transport issue i had lost my customer.

This bus driver was driving very harshly on road i had almost had a very bad accident but thankfull was saved he was speeding more than the cars and even scooters. Just blazing the horn & running on the full speed. Such drivers are very dangerous to people on road. Their licence should be confiscated. Sadly i only could take a picture as i was driving too

I was travelling from berhampur to baripada in somx-saigeeta bus with 3 bags. When i put the luggage in bus, they didnt say anything. While travelling the conductor ask for 900rs for luggage. When i complaint about the price, they threatened me to push me out of the bus and threatened that once i reach baripada, he will not let me take my luggage until i paid more money.

I was travelling from cuttack to panikoili, and cuttack is the city which is located in odisha. The distance between cuttack to panikoili is around 72 km, the non ac charges are around 50/-, and ac bus charges around 70/-. But these bus charges 80/- ruppes with non ac. And the behaviour of conductor is very bad,
Bus seating capacity is 50, they taking more than 70 peoples at a time.
If we complain about the charges, they abuse us.

We had our tickets book for AC sleeper for Nainital. On the day of our travel we called the manager thrice and he seemed irritated but never bothered to tell us that he had never booked our tickets. We travelled from ggn to Delhi in 40°temp with 3yo kid and wen we reached at bus stand after talking to 2 other nos he gave us we got to know there were no seats booked. We asked him about this unprofessional behaviour and he just said "ab kya karu" and asked us to transfer our seats to sitting and even refused to refund the booking amount. Then we have to have 750 extra to have 1 extra seat so that we can travel comparatively more comfortably. It's limit o[censored]nprofessionalism and strict actions should be taken for such private bus companies.
