Private Bus — Rescheduling n reporting

Dear Sir /Mam
I am thankful to make my ticket online with abhhibus.com and my first journey was very easy n smooth from Basti to Delhi on 12th march in intercity smart bus service
but while returning from Delhi to Basti that I booked again from abhibus.com in intercity smart bus service that was on 16th March at 10.15 pm .wednesday but they change the timing at 8.30. and didn't even infromed and didn't make a call regarding this change and before departing from anand vihar again did not make to inform to leave. so it has lapsed that was a very bad experience on this journey.
