Private Bus - Sri Venkataramana Travels — i'm complaining about the blanket availability | |||||
I was travelling in bus no: ap16tg7447 ac bus dated 4/8/2017. There is no blanket provided in my seat. I asked about the blanket and the person working in the bus searched for the blanket as all the seats are full there is no blanket available. Suddenly the person took the blanket from the luggage side which looks like waste cloth and throwed it on me Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear management. As I am frequent traveler from Chennai to Vijaywada. I always book on this travel but to day I came with embarrassing day. where I am completely out with my Charaing I requested driver if you have charger plz give me he polite said no after some time I requested to co passenger charger and kept charging with in no time the charger point main connection was off so went to sleep when came ongole requested cleaner to plz switch on main power no responses. Then came Guntur got down went to driver and requested. He is so arrogant and says Fromm Chennai to kavali it's 300 Kms I kept it on. speaks in dis respectable ways my bus lights runs on battery so said plz talk in polite ways immediately he kept it on switched off I requested his nam he told I will not give what will you do you will beat me I told I will write a complaint he said wirte if not this job will find other job I knew driving from Chennai to Vijaywada might got frustrated but there is way to speak after this dis respectable situation I made my mind no to book any more in Venkata Ramana travel s
