Travelling from bangalore to tirupathi, Taken the bus on 7th sep 2018 @9.30 PM from kr puram bangalore, but he reached to tirupati @6:15AM on next day. When asked the cleaner and driver there were no response they are very silent... Very ### service, because of this bad service it taken 2days for tirumala darshan
Please try to avoid this kind of private travels, otherwise for any import work if you are travelling they will delay all your plans

Today i am traveling from chilakaluripet to chennai by venkateshwaramana travels
Bus people not given blanket to me
I have cold and fever for emergency meeting purpose with this bad condition also i am traveling now so i need compensation other wise i will take legal action with this bad maintenance.

We are 4 people traveling from Bangalore to guntur we have 8 luggage trolleys because came from America but this Venkat Ramana travels they were asking 500 extra for luggage can't we carry 2 bags per each person wat is this and we have child with us pls help me where can I report this bus last no is 2255

On 3rd aug 2017, i was travelling to bangalore from vijayawada with bus no ap16th2266, service no 213, seat : r8. Bus got technical problem near ongole (3km far from ongole) and driver said that the bus is unable to move further. And it was midnight 1am, stopped in the middle of the highway. Both the drivers were least bothered about the passengers and kept on saying that "you will get your money back and as for now find your own transport to reach your destination". How can he say like that being in the middle of the highway and that to it was midnight. There were few lady passengers in the bus with their children. I called the operator in vijayawada on phone and the guy who answered the call is very arrogant, he got very worst behavior toowards his customers. This operator should be punished severly, leaving the security of passengers aside and kept on arguing with us.

i'm complaining about the blanket availability

I was travelling in bus no: ap16tg7447 ac bus dated 4/8/2017. There is no blanket provided in my seat. I asked about the blanket and the person working in the bus searched for the blanket as all the seats are full there is no blanket available. Suddenly the person took the blanket from the luggage side which looks like waste cloth and throwed it on me

No clarity on Bus stopping in chennai

I was informed by Driver on 19 th in Vijayawada NTR circle that bus will move through padi Junction & Anna nagar West Junction while reaching Chennai koyambedu ( attached bus details, Bus:AC Semi sleeper, start time 10 pm)...To my surprise & shocking tat bus didn't go through same route informed by driver..It took the madhavaram route to reach wall tax road and then koyembedu. More than one hour late to me, It was more annoying when I received ridiculous, rude & harsh answer from driver while I got down in koyembedu. He didn't respond to wat I was asking...He just said go and complaint whomsoever u want. These drivers should be thought how to respond & clearly communicate with customers!!!

My ticket price is 500 and for to carry tv with me they asked 1500 rs extra. what a fraud these private bus - sri venkataramana travels are doing. then i realised and thought that not to encourage these kind of people.
O i took another bus from morning star travels but they asked extra 100rs only. here we find difference between morning star and venkataramanatravels.
I am fully satisfied with morning star travels
I dont wnt my family and friends to travel in private bus - sri venkataramana travels

Extra passengers in one cabin of sleeper

As I women I find it highly embarrassing when strangers are sitting in the beside berth L4 and syaring at me while I sleep in L3
There are 3 persons sharing one seat in a sleeper.
I find it no value to my paying premium charges for ticket and still loosong the privacy and comfort.
This is mainly to bring to the notice of all that, venkataramana is selling excess tickets and effecting passenger comfort and safety.
Even the staff replied annoyingly when asked explaination.

High fares in guntur-chennai route during sankranthi

This is to bring to your notice about the Exorbitant prices charged by the private bus operator "Sri Venkata Ramana Travels." for the date of journey 18 January 2015
Please find below the comparison of prices charged by "Sri Venkata Ramana Travels Vs APSRTC"
All prices are for one Adult person.
Sri venkata ramana travels APSRTC (fares when booked online)
Non-AC bus Rs 1800 Rs 510
A/C Seater Rs 2400 Rs 720
A/C Sleeper Rs 2800 No sleeper service available
It is but common for this private bus operator to charge very high prices during the Holidays time and Weekends(includes Friday, saturday and sunday).
The transport minister of AP Mr S Raghava Rao has mentioned on December 31st 2014 that serious action against will be taken against those who charge high fares during this busy festival season. I dont think he is serious about what he said.
Please take a serious and stringent action against such law breakers, so that people will not be cheated.
