Private Bus — ticket fare high, worst seat and worst bus, differs from booked travels name

If have booked the ticket using redbus. Actually booked travels sst travels not yet came another travel as came name as city travels. Bus came on 1.30 hrs late.
Infrastructure is too worst as semi sleeper seat pushback not working. Not yet in handgrip also. It's very conjusted and space less seats. But ticket rate is 749/-.

I'm. Very disappointed this travel.
