Probus Insurance Broker — premium paid through credit card not converted in emi on time | |
As discussed, i purchased policy no. 20120236 hdfc life classicassure plus policy premium amount 50, 000, on 27th february 2018 from akshay ([protected]) who is employee of your company as he said. He said that if you have no money right now you can pay with any credit card my company will convert it into emi without any interest. So i paid this amount with standard chartered bank credit card and inform the same details with him. He said we will work on your emi and inform you once done. After 1 month also whenever my due date came i called and asked him what about emi he said that it will happen but take time, i said that my due date is there interest will be charged on my out standing. He is like it is ok sir our company will reimburse your interest, again after 1 month his response is same. After 3rd month i paid all my outstanding with near about 11000 interest. I asked him to give me your senior number for this case, he is like no sir i will do give me some time. And now its near about 1 year he asking me for time only. I want my interest which i paid due to improper guidance of your employee. I discussed over call with there provided contact number. They are said you drop mail to compliance team they will resolve. I dropped mail and send 3 4 reminders but still not received any update. Was this information helpful? | |
