I,smt.Soma Chakraborty,deposited Rs.34000|- thro. Agent for purchasing R.P.Share for 3years to Sonarpur Br. 24 parganas south, West Bengal,
on 20.01.2011,but till date no certificate is received.Earlier,a letter was faxed to the Divisionsl Manager,Asansol,on 18.05.2011 & one e-mail on 19th
December,2012 by my Agent smt.Pratima Roy but to no effect
I am praying you to take apt action so as to I can receive the certificate early.
