I also have been given a faulty washing machine with promise as 6 months service and 1 yr motor warranty.. The very next day of delivery machine was not working which had forced me to ask them for exchange/replacement/refund. Denying the refund, they had agreed to replace. Howver nobody turned up. I have been struggling with issues as and when am using it. This is a mental torture. They are fooling the customers. Was this information helpful? |
