I bought second hand fridge and washing machine on 03/03/2019. They said there's 6 months service warranty and 1 year motor warranty, washing machine stopped working from 08/03/2019 itself i kept complaining service personnel visited after almost 30-35 calls and said it couldn't be repaired and will be replaced... From then i am chasing them neither they return the money nor they replace it...

I also have been given a faulty washing machine with promise as 6 months service and 1 yr motor warranty.. The very next day of delivery machine was not working which had forced me to ask them for exchange/replacement/refund. Denying the refund, they had agreed to replace. Howver nobody turned up. I have been struggling with issues as and when am using it. This is a mental torture. They are fooling the customers....

I had purchased a washing machine from these guys who have in written given a warranty of 1 year with a six months of free service and 48 hour fix for any kind of issue in the product, now they are not even picking the phone call or any kind of response. There are a lot of people with fake identities and mobile numbers once they pick the call and tell some lame excuses but no one ever showed up....
