Professional Enterprises — fridge not working | |||||
I ordered second hand samsung fridge from professional enterprises. The day they delivered the fridge, the person told me to turn it on only after 2 hrs because of some gas issue during transportation. When i tried to turn on the fridge next day, it didnt turn on. Their person came and checked but not sure what he did, he told me that it wont turn on and i need to speak to service center. When i called service center, he told me that he needs to speak to his manager to make a decision whether to replace the fridge or repair it. For sure they wont give me my refund back. Its been 2 days now the guy is not picking up my phone. The fridge is lying in not working condition at my home and these guys are not responding at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
