Ordered the perfume uomo by roberto cavalli 3 days back. I received no notification of purchase even after the amount being debited from my account. Their contact number is fake, and they haven't replied to any of my mails. I need my money back.

They are being highly unprofessional in not even notifying me of the purchase. Instead i am receiving mails about the product being added to the cart. I've been trying to contact them since 3 days however i got no reply. I want the order details to be confirmed or my money sent back asap.

Updated by Bhargavi Sinha It's been 15 days and I have received no update or the product. I NEED A REFUND NOW. I am highly angered at their professionalism. Consumer complaints needs to take action towards their website and I need my money back.
