Projekt Perfumery India — Denied refund

Hi
I placed an order for 2 perfumes for inr 3600 on october 8th. It said that the delivery will happen with in 2-3 days on the website.
Later i was told it will take 4 weeks . I waited, when i again reached out to them they again said it will take another 4 weeks. Finally on 13th December i asked for my refund as they said it will take more time for delivery...
i was told on through their Facebook page assistance to fill the refund form, i did the same on 13th .
They said it will be refunded with in 15 days...
But now they are denying the refund as are saying that they will send partial order and will refund half the amount...
Please help me get my money refunded
