Projekt Perfumery India — Did not ship my order perfume even after 7 days now no reply on email no updates on tracking no call number no support bluedart he

I paid in advance via credit card.

Even after 7th day today I didnt get any updates it still says shpment is being prepared. I contacted bluedart also they said seller hasn't shipped the item yet contact them but they are unreachable. they haven't ship my item yet. No reply from their customer care email id [protected]@perfumery.co.in. I don't have any number where I can call them and talk to them about this issue. Please help me get me my order delivered or please get them refund my money. I have googlee and it shows Mr mohit khatri is the owner of this
